The French Design Award requires that all submissions are original creations. Entrants must hold full rights to the submitted work or obtain explicit permission from clients or relevant stakeholders prior to entry. If an entrant submits work without proper authorization, they will be deemed ineligible for the French Design Award and assume sole liability for any copyright violations. All intellectual property rights, including copyright, remain with the entrant.
